Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for online purchases within 30 days for a one-time exchange at our physical stores, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that we currently do not offer refunds.

Shipping Charges

We strive to offer fair and transparent shipping costs for all our customers. All orders will be charged a minimum of $4.99. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the items and the delivery destination, but the minimum charge will always be $4.99.

Exchange Shipping Costs

If you need to exchange an item, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us and shipping the item back to you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing and Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. We will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Products on Display in Store

Products that are on display in our store can be ordered online and shipped directly to your address. We offer the convenience of browsing our physical inventory and having your selections delivered straight to your doorstep. A minimum shipping charge of $4.99 will apply to all orders. Simply choose your desired items, and we'll handle the rest!
